WARRIORS ESKRIMA SYSTEM
Warriors Eskrima is a synthesis of various styles and systems studied by Grand Master Abner G Pasa of Cebu City in the Philippines. GM Pasa has serious combative experience as a police officer in Cebu and has studied under many famous practitioners of the Filipino martial arts. His system integrates intelligence, cunning and awareness with technical depth and range.
Pangulong Guro Krishna Godhania is the European representative of Warriors Eskrima. He has studied Filipino Martial Arts for over 25 years and is the senior Instructor under GM Pasa.
The 5 stages of training in WARRIORS ESKRIMA are:
Learn- Fundamental motor skills.
Practise- Repetition, muscle memory, nervous system.
Master- Maximise effectiveness.
Functionalise - To apply in practice with speed,intensity & resistance under pressure.
Maintain- Review of the skills to remain functional.
